INTRO
Welcome to week 2 of our standing Move 150 series. 150 minutes per week is the minimum amount of activity that every person needs to keep their heart healthy according to all the health organizations in the world. We have created variety of standing workouts that will make it easy for you to get the recommended 150 minutes of exercise per week continuing to improve strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and heart health. Day 1 - FUN
